After a harrowing few months of waiting, the Texas Legislature has passed a bill that will ban all Full Spectrum products and all

Products that contain .3% THC, which are federally legal. While we fully support the reason the bill was introduced, we are disappointed in the final outcome. The hemp elimination bill called SB3 will head to Governor Abbot’s desk, and we expect it will be signed and formally become law before this session is over. The reason this bill was introduced was that many companies were supplying dangerously high synthetic, chemically derived THC Delta products. We have never sold these products and believe they are a danger to society and put our vulnerable youth at risk for severe mental health issues. Our whole concept of this business was focused on health and wellness not to get high. Going forward, the hemp industry in Texas will change dramatically as will our business. We will no longer be growing hemp as the costs and regulations will be too difficult to overcome. Growing hemp for CBD isolate is a losing proposition for all Texas farmers. While we are poised to keep moving forward with our product lines, we would like to share how that will affect you, the reason we work hard every day. For our Texas Customers, you can continue to buy our full-spectrum tinctures for a little while longer. Shoot us an email to place your order, as we have already removed most of the tinctures from our websites. The bill will go into effect on September 1 and unless there are lawsuits filed and TROs granted, we will fully comply with the laws of the State of Texas before the law goes into effect.  We will not ship or deliver tinctures in the state of Texas after August 1. Our topicals will likely remain on the market as they will be compliant if we can find a packaging solution that complies with the new law.

For our out-of-Texas customers, we will be transitioning our products out of Texas over the coming months and will send an update as to how this will work going forward.
